The Future of 52Beatup
[THIS ISNT GONNA BE SAD OR SOMETHING IM SORRY BUT THE OMINOUS TITLE IS REALLY FUNNY]
As most of yall know, my other project released last week (GeraScopia, check it out!), and with that, im leaning back into 52beatup, but as I've went thru the whole motions of releasing a product and figuring all of that out, im probably going to change the scope of 52beatup as a whole. 52Beatup has been a project ive worked on for a long time but its something that I've had far too big of a scope for as a intro project, and atm im def juggling too much, so im gonna settle on getting a finished product out and cut a few things to get there quicker.
What I plan on doing for the full game release is as follows
12 Characters
4 New Backgrounds
Tutorial mode
Finished Card Art
Vs. Cpu (will be added later into development as getting characters into the public is more of my priority)
I'm probably going to focus entirely on getting characters done for the time being. This means promised feature for the next updates (MINUS CONTROLLER SUPPORT IM STILL WORKING ON THAT, ITS A SLOW RIDE THO) will be delayed a bit. I kinda want to steamroll the project out then be done with it, and add future updates over time.
Thanks for waiting so long for updates. I tend to jump all over the place and can sometimes just fall off the earth in terms of updating and stuff so thank you for ur patience.
Jackson is Done, the Next Character up is like.. 70% Done? Updates should move faster hopefully.
